Frequently Asked Questions

  • Weather permitting, the ceremony is being held at the 18th Lawn of Harbour Town Golf Links. Signs will be posted to guide guests to the ceremony location.

    The cocktail hour and reception will be held in the Champions Ballroom in the Harbour Town Clubhouse.

  • For the welcome party, the dress code is coastal casual. This is less formal than cocktail! Wear a nice dress or polo/button down. ◡̈

    We would love for our friends and family to get dressed up for our big day! Please dress in cocktail attire and follow traditional wedding dress codes (i.e., the bride should be the only one in white ◡̈ ).

    Please keep in mind that, weather permitting, the ceremony is outside and on grass. There is also a short walk to and from the ceremony location. Wedges or block heels are recommended!

  • As we want to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, we are not able to accommodate plus ones. All invitees will be specifically designated on the invitation.

  • In order to allow all guests, including parents, to have a fun and relaxing time, we have chosen for our wedding weekend to be adults only. Babysitting services on Hilton Head Island can be found here. We appreciate your understanding!

  • Please help us get the party started as scheduled! The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00PM, with all guests seated before 4:45PM.

  • Sea Pines Trolleys are being provided to transport guests staying at Courtyard Marriott, the Beach House, and the Sea Crest to the ceremony location and back to the hotel after the reception!

    Trolleys will be picking up guests at each of these locations and leaving promptly at 4:15PM.
