We first locked eyes in Mr Hutchinson’s 2nd grade class at Northwood Elementary. Christine ignored me until 8th grade, where I asked her to be my girlfriend after her volleyball game and we went on our first date to a haunted house. That blossomed from middle school sweethearts, to high school sweethearts, and then moved to college where Christine tried to escape me. She then came to her senses and joined me at the University of Kentucky where we knew we would end up getting married. And here we are, it only took 13 years!
